Did you know that you could go on a boat cruise on the River Nile in Uganda? This is the longest river in the world, over 6,500km, flowing through 11 countries, starting from Uganda and ending in the Mediterranean Sea. We are watching the incredible Murchison Falls as it tumbles and roars impressively through a tiny gorge into the lake below. Stopping to see hippos, crocs, and a herd of buffalo drinking at the water’s edge is all part of this incredible experience.
